The Center is helping to organize an event in Indianapolis on Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2014, at 4:00pm. The event is being held in conjunction with the Indiana Life Sciences Summit. The discussion will focus on Canadian court decisions in patent cases that have to do with the utility requirement applied to pharmaceuticals. Professor Janis will be speaking at the event. Immediately following this program a Summit networking event hosted by Eli Lilly & Co. is taking place from 6:00-8:00pm. Students are welcome to attend both the 4pm event and stay for the networking reception FREE OF CHARGE.
