Chelsea K. Anderson
Chelsea K. Anderson (’13) clerked for Judge Ronald M. Gould of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit from 2013-2014. Said Anderson prior to the start of her clerkship: “I’ve been told by former clerks that clerking is the best job I’ll ever have, so I’m very excited to be in an environment where I can help shape the law in meaningful ways. I’m also thankful for the unique opportunity to work on opinions until they are correct, regardless of the dollar amount involved in any given case. It should be an amazing year, and I couldn’t be happier to be clerking in my home town!”
After the conclusion of Anderson’s prestigious one year clerkship, she began working at the Seattle firm of Garvey Schubert Barer. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate finance, and general corporate matters.
Chelsea graduated from the IU Maurer School of Law summa cum laude as a member of the Order of the Coif.
