Joseph Dages (’11) (Middleton-Reutlinger) will be on campus today as part of the CIPR’s IP Practitioner-in-Residence program. In addition to attending IP classes, Joe will be giving a lunch talk and will be available to meet with students throughout the day. Joseph Dages is a Director at Middleton-Reutlinger where he helps companies and individuals protect their important brands domestically and internationally, as well as assists artists, authors, and entrepreneurs safeguard and leverage the value of their creative works. Joe concentrates his practice in the areas of trademark, copyright, and Internet law. He has experience in prosecution as well as monitoring and enforcement of trademarks, copyrights, and domain names. Joe also handles legal matters involving advertising, software and technology, privacy, and licensing, and helps clients resolve disputes involving their intellectual property assets.
