On September 19, we will host Peter Yu (Texas A&M). Professor Yu's talk is titled "TRIPS and its Contents". Written in 2005 to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the WTO TRIPS Agreement, TRIPS and Its Discontents explored why developing countries had been dissatisfied with the TRIPS-based international intellectual property system.
