IP Practitioner-in-Residence Tom Treutler: Tuesday, March 22


Thomas J. Treutler (Partner and Managing Director of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City offices, Tilleke & Gibbins Consultants Limited, Vietnam) will be on campus Tuesday, March 22 as part of our IP Practitioner-in-Residence series.

Mr. Treutler – an alum of the law school – is fluent in Vietnamese and is registered to practice as a Foreign Lawyer in Vietnam and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the United States Court of International Trade.  He has extensive experience in IP enforcement and has secured a number of landmark victories for foreign investors operating in the life sciences and technology sectors.

Treutler will give a lunch talk at noon in Room 120 (lunch provided by the CIPR).

In addition, Mr. Treutler will attend several IP classes, and be available for informal conversations with students between 9:30-10:30am and 3:30-4:30pm in the Faculty Study (Room 340).
