Adjunct Professor of Law
Kenneth Gandy is a partner with Woodard, Emhardt, Moriarty, McNett & Henry LLP in Indianapolis, a firm he joined in 1988. He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. Gandy is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association Chemical Practice Committee and Biotechnology Subcommittee. He is also a member of the Indiana Bar and U.S. Patent Bar. Mr. Gandy has taught Patent Prosecution at the IU Maurer School of Law for several years. His practice focuses on prosecution, counseling, licensing and litigation-related issues in all areas of intellectual property, with an emphasis in patent matters, and infringement and validity evaluations in chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnological and medical device arts. Gandy earned his Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Indiana University Bloomington and his law degree (cum laude) from the IU School of Law – Indianapolis.
