Summer Student Spotlights: Francesca Campione (’20)

Our #IPSummerSpotlight series continues this week with Francesca Campione!

Francesca is a rising 3L at Maurer and a native New Yorker. She graduated from Stony Brook University with a bachelors degree in journalism. This year she will be the Editor-in-Cheif of IP Theory, the 3L ChIPs Maurer representative, a student member of the S. Jay Plager Intellectual Property American Inn of Court, and an extern with the IU Licensing & Trademarks Office.

This is summer she was a Summer Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher in the firm’s New York office. There she worked with the IP department on trademark and patent matters and even got to watch a patent case go to trial in Delaware.
